THE ICONIC Front Row is a level‑based loyalty program designed to let you Access Extra from every shop, every style and every moment. Members earn ICONS on every eligible purchase, unlock Rewards for greater savings, and progress through Status Levels to access even greater benefits and exclusive offers.

If you call Australia or New Zealand home and are over the age of 18, you’re invited to join THE ICONIC Front Row Loyalty Program. You can join for free by creating an account and shopping at THE ICONIC.

Collect ICONS: Earn ICONS with every eligible purchase at THE ICONIC.
Unlock Rewards: For every 1,000 Reward ICONS you earn, you receive a $10 Front Row Reward.
Earn Faster: Complete Access Extra Offers to collect more ICONS and reach Rewards faster. Plus, keep an eye on your loyalty dashboard for surprise Bonus Rewards, available for instant redemption.
Level Up: Collect ICONS during your Membership Year to reach 4 Status Levels, each unlocking extra benefits.

In addition to earning ICONS and unlocking $10 Front Row Rewards, THE ICONIC Front Row has four Status Levels. Each level unlocks additional benefits, such as higher ICONS earn rates, Birthday Rewards*, Anniversary Rewards, and other exclusive offers. Your Status Level will be based on the Status ICONS you collect throughout your Membership Year.

Simply add your birthday details to your account settings so we can celebrate with you by sending you a Birthday Reward when your birthday month rolls around!

Your Membership Year is a personalised 12-month clock that starts the exact day you join THE ICONIC Front Row.

It acts as your qualification window. You have these 12 months to collect as many Status ICONS as you can to lock in or upgrade your Status Level for the following year. On your membership year anniversary, your Status ICONS reset to zero, and your new Membership Year begins.

To make the most of THE ICONIC Front Row, it helps to know your ICONS! Every time you shop, you earn two different types of ICONS:

1. Status ICONS: These dictate your Status Level. The more Status ICONS you collect during your Membership Year, the higher you climb, unlocking better perks (like higher earn rates and birthday rewards).

2. Reward ICONS: These are your currency for Front Row Rewards. For every ‘active’ 1,000 Reward ICONS, a $10 Front Row Reward will be automatically converted for you to spend at checkout.

You can earn ICONS in two easy ways.

Shop to Collect: Earn both Status and Reward ICONS for every eligible dollar spent at THE ICONIC.

Access Extra Offers: Complete exclusive and personalised offers to score bonus Status and/or Reward ICONS to fast-track your progress.

The more your shop, the more ICONS you earn - it's simple!

Good to know: Yes, you will earn ICONS on sale and discounted items too, unless specifically noted otherwise in an offer's terms and conditions.

 ICONS are ‘pending’ for 30 days after a product has been purchased, an Access Extra Offer has been completed or the Access Extra Offer has expired. This allows for the change of mind returns period to lapse and THE ICONIC may reverse or adjust any ‘pending’ ICONS earned if an order for a product is returned or cancelled during this period.

After 30 days, those ICONS officially become 'active' in your account. Your Status ICONS will contribute to your level, and your Reward ICONS will go straight toward your next $10 Reward.

THE ICONIC Front Row member dashboard is your all-in-one loyalty hub. Head there anytime to check:

Your ICONS Balances: Track your Status ICONS (to see how close you are to levelling up your status level), your Reward ICONS (to track your progress toward your next $10 reward), and your Pending ICONS.

Access Extra Offers: See all your available, personalised offers ready to complete so you can earn ICONS faster.

Your Rewards: Keep tabs on your active rewards, including your $10 Front Row Rewards, Birthday, Anniversary, and surprise Bonus Rewards.

Once you reach 1,000 ‘active’ Reward ICONS, you will be automatically issued with a $10 Front Row Reward within 24 hours. Simply apply the Reward at checkout to enjoy a discount on your order!

Yes, they do, and the rules are slightly different for each type:

Active Reward ICONS: Expire 12 months from the date of the order or completed offer in which they were earned if they haven't been converted into a $10 Reward.

Active Status ICONS: Expire and reset to zero at the end of your Membership Year.

Carry-Over Exception: Any ‘pending’ Status or Reward ICONS earned from purchases within the final 30 days of your current Membership Year will carry over into your next Membership Year once they are ‘active’.

Status Levels are the membership levels within THE ICONIC Front Row Loyalty Program. Your status level is driven by the Status ICONS you collect during your personal 12-month Membership Year (which kicks off the day you join). The more you earn, the higher you climb, and the better your perks become.

Here is exactly how the year-to-year transition works:

Locking in your level: Your ‘active’ Status ICONS at the end of your 12-month Membership Year will determine your level for the next year. If you’ve successfully levelled up at any point during your current membership year, you’ll automatically keep this new status level and its benefits for the following year.

Dropping a level: If you hit the Status ICONS threshold for your current level, you stay there. If you didn't quite collect enough Status ICONS to maintain your level, don't worry. You will only ever move down by one status level for the next Membership Year.

The Reset: At the start of each new Membership Year, your Status ICONS balance resets to zero, ready for a brand-new 12 months of earning.

The 30-Day Carry-Over: Any pending Status or Reward ICONS earned from purchases or completed Access Extra Offers within the final 30 days of your Membership Year will carry over into your next Membership Year.
