Pick Ups:
Shop THE ICONIC: Find your favourite items and when you’re ready to purchase, continue to checkout as usual.
Select the Martin Place Parcelpoint: Select the Hubbed Martin Place Metro location as your delivery address at checkout.
Pick up your parcel: You will receive a text or email when your parcel has arrived, and you can pick up within 14 days when it suits YOU. Location: HUBBED store Level B3, 8-12 Castlereagh Street, NSW 2000.
Returns:
Complete the online returns form: Log in to your ICONIC account and complete the online returns form.
Visit Hubbed at Martin Place Metro: Show your return slip to an attendant, and they’ll print a return label and collect your item for return.
