- Product care: Store in a cool, dry place. To clean, dab gently with a fresh, damp cloth and air dry. Made from straw, and will be affected if it gets wet. If the hat does get wet, fill the crown with a soft material to help maintain the crown's shape. Then, place on a solid surface and air dry. Once dry, the hat shape should return to the original shape.
