Directions: Adults – take 1 capsule once daily, with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Ingredients: Ascophyllum nodosum whole plant powder 344.8 mg (contains iodine 250 micrograms), Zinc amino acid chelate 75 mg (equiv. zinc 15 mg), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5 mg, Biotin 75 micrograms.
