How To Use:

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

Lemon (Citris Limon)
Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) herb top flowering 400mcL/mL
Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) fruit peel 200mcL/mL
Peppermint (Mentha X Piperita) leaf 150mcL/mL.
