The felt Eyeliner Stamp delivers the perfect feline flick with minimal effort, while the Liquid Liner creates a dramatic, high definition finish.

How to use
1. Place the Eyeliner Stamp applicator on outer corner of the eye and press gently to create the wing.
2. Trace Liquid Liner from inner corner to connect the wing.

Who’s it for
