What is it?
Shine Control Step 1 Primer is a mattifying makeup primer that absorbs oil to control shine, delivers a blurred, velvety finish, and extends makeup wear. Part of MAKE UP FOR EVER’s new and improved range of primers for all skin types and tones, Step 1 Shine Control is ideal for oily and combination skin types. It gives skin a velvet-matte finish that lasts for up to 20 hours, and the sheer finish means you can easily mix and match primers to target your unique skin concerns.

How to use:
Each MAKE UP FOR EVER Step 1 Primer can be used alone or mixed and matched to address your skin’s needs. Start with a primer that addresses your texture concerns - Shine Control for oiliness, Pore Minimizer for large pores and fine lines or Hydra Booster for dryness and dehydration.

Warm a rice-size amount between fingertips and gently press onto skin. For best results, apply over makeup only in oily areas like the t-zone.

If needed, follow with a MAKE UP FOR EVER Color Correcting Primer, and apply foundation.
