The Story Behind The Design - Yin Yang Flow by Good Throw Co Founder Jessica Sait

I’ve always been drawn to the yin yang symbol. Even as a kid I used to draw it on everything, long before I even knew what it meant.

So when I designed this mat, it felt natural to come back to that.

To me it represents the constant mix of life — chaos and calm, strength and softness, busy seasons and slower ones.

The sun rests at one end, the moon at the other — not as opposing forces, but as energies that move in rhythm. They don’t compete. They shift, they meet, they create flow.

That’s where the name Yin Yang Flow came from.

As a mum of three and someone running businesses, I feel all sides of that daily. Some days feel loud and overwhelming, other days feel calm and inspiring. Most days are a mix of both.

This mat is a small reminder to slow down for a second, reset and find a little balance amongst the chaos. A reminder that even in the middle of it all, there’s still beauty — and even in the dark, there’s always a little light finding its way through.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

- Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth after use

- For a deeper clean, use mild soap diluted in water

- Do not soak or machine wash

- Avoid harsh chemicals, essential oil sprays, moisturisers and creams

- Store rolled in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

- Natural rubber may have a slight scent when first opened and will fade over time
